When you create a new Routine, Astra runs through a series of pre-checks and attempts to authorize the associated bank accounts for transfers. This includes retrieving the account and routing numbers for the accounts as well as confirming account ownership.

Typically, this process is automated and only takes a few moments to complete. If your Routine is still marked as "pending authorization" more than 24 hours after you created it, feel free to reach out to our support team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
