If you are looking to close your account, we can certainly help.
Please send us an email from the email account that you used to setup your Astra account and a representative will respond with a confirmation that your account has been closed within five business days.
Please be sure you’ve completed the following steps before you reach out to close your account:
- Transfer all of the funds held in your Astra account back to you checking or savings account.
- Make sure that you don't have any transfers or routines that are in process as closing your Astra account could strand those funds.
For security reasons, requesting the closure of your account via Intercom will not be permitted - please instead send us an email as described above.
