It is possible that at some point your bank account may become disconnected from Astra. This can happen for a multitude of reasons, but the process to reconnect it is very straight forward.
Step 1. Select Account
From the Accounts screen select the one that is disconnected. Then click the "..." icon at upper right hand of the screen.
Step 2. Re-enter Credentials
Select "Reconnect" at the bottom of the screen. Use the same login and password that you used when originally used when you signed up. If you have changed passwords since then, your account will still connect with your new password.
You should be all set!
